Ingredients:

200g whole wheat flour
50g rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
150ml milk of choice (dairy or non
dairy)
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
1 egg
100g fresh or frozen blueberries

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or coconut oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup (if using), milk of choice, melted butter or coconut oil and egg until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
