Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk or plant
based milk alternative
2 tablespoons melted butter or vegan butter alternative

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, milk and melted butter until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough onto a greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
