Ingredients:

100g smoked salmon
1/2 bunch asparagus
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the asparagus on a baking tray and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the smoked salmon, red onion, walnuts, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Once the asparagus is cooked, add it to the bowl and mix everything together.
Serve the salad warm or cold.
