Ingredients:

200g rice noodles
150g white fish fillet (cut into cubes)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the rice noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the fish cubes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, cilantro leaves, and mint leaves to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine everything together. Cook for another minute until everything is heated through again. Serve hot!
