Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh beet greens, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
½ teaspoon of sea salt
2 tablespoons of white vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped beet greens with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and sea salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the beet green mixture. Cook for 5 minutes or until the greens are wilted and tender.
Remove from heat and add the white vinegar to the skillet. Stir to combine and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
