Ingredients:

1 cup basmati rice
½ cup cooked fava beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Begin by rinsing the basmati rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add the rinsed rice and stir to coat with the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly toasted.
Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Simmer for 15 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed by the rice.
Once cooked, fluff with a fork and stir in the cooked fava beans, dill weed, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid again and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
