Ingredients:

2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
4 cups vegetable broth or stock
2 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
