Ingredients:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
¼ cup granola cereal
½ cup fresh or frozen fruit compote (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir in the honey or maple syrup until fully incorporated.
Place the mixed nuts and granola cereal in a separate bowl.
Heat the fruit compote in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
To assemble the breakfast bowl layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom of a bowl followed by the mixed nuts and granola cereal then top with the warm fruit compote.
