Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of cooked turkey breast
2 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 avocado, sliced into thin strips
1 teaspoon olive oil mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
Place the turkey slices on one slice of toast and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the bacon slices on top of the turkey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the avocado strips on top of the bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other slice of toast on top to make a sandwich.
Cut in half if desired before serving.
