Ingredients:

1 can of tuna in water (170g)
2 stalks of celery (50g), diced
1 small onion (50g), diced
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (30ml)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice (5ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Drain the tuna from the can and place it in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the diced celery and onion to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper until combined.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the tuna mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Serve on bread or crackers as desired.
