Ingredients:

2 sausages (100g)
1 large potato (200g)
2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
2 tablespoons of milk (30ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark
Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Boil in a pan of salted water for 15 minutes until tender. Drain off the water and mash with butter and milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the sausages with mashed potatoes on a plate. Enjoy!
