Ingredients:

200g lamb mince
50g beef suet
50g pinhead oatmeal
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1 teaspoon ground cumin seed
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
In a large bowl, mix together the lamb mince, beef suet, pinhead oatmeal, onion and spices until well combined.
Place the mixture into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
