Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl combine the onion, bell pepper, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Mix until combined.
Add the cooled beef slices to the bowl and toss to coat in the dressing.
Serve the salad topped with cilantro leaves and chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
