Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of sunflower seed butter
1/2 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)
1/2 cup of diced fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl mix together the sunflower seed butter and the mixed nuts until combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl mix together the diced fresh fruit and the Greek yogurt until combined.
Place the sunflower seed butter and nut mixture in the bottom of a bowl or glass jar.
Top with the fruit and yogurt mixture.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
