Ingredients:

100g firm tofu, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
150g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute.
Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles of your choice.
