Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
200g green beans, trimmed and cut into 3cm pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
