Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cubed
1 bunch of asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the asparagus spears to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce or tamari sauce, honey or maple syrup to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
