Ingredients:

200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
1 cup bean sprouts
½ cup mushrooms (sliced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the bean sprouts and mushrooms and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir to combine.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
