Ingredients:

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 onion, sliced into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they are just cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the bell peppers, onion, garlic to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are just beginning to soften.
Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5
