Ingredients:

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are just cooked through.
Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes until it is tender but still crisp.
Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine everything together. Cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles if desired.
