Ingredients:

200g cooked white rice
100g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
50g bean sprouts
50g mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and mushrooms to the wok and cook for an additional 3 minutes until the mushrooms are softened.
Add the cooked white rice to the wok and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Add the bean sprouts to the wok and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until heated through.
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
