Ingredients:

60g pork loin, thinly sliced
30g mushrooms, sliced
30g zucchini, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
100g egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and cook until lightly browned.
Add the mushrooms and zucchini to the wok and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and ginger paste and cook for an additional minute.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the wok and stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for another minute or two until everything is well combined.
Add the egg noodles to the wok and stir to combine with all other ingredients. Cook for 3-5 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
