Ingredients:

100g pork mince
50g asparagus spears, cut into 2cm pieces
50g dried egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste or minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger paste or minced ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork mince and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the asparagus pieces and cook for a further 2 minutes until they are tender.
Add the garlic and ginger paste or minced garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the noodles to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for a further minute until everything is combined and heated through.
Serve immediately with your choice of accompaniments such as steamed rice or vegetables.
