Ingredients:

100g pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry or white wine
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
150g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the soy sauce, sherry or white wine and oyster sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
Add the snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
