Ingredients:

200g pork loin, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
200g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
