Ingredients:

50g dried noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
50g peeled and deveined shrimp
50g carrots, julienned
50g snow peas, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes until it turns pink.
Add the carrots and snow peas to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute until everything is combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
