Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
100g bean sprouts
100g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
Add the bean sprouts and mushrooms to the wok and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
