Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
200g peeled and deveined shrimp
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger root and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are just cooked through. Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until combined then cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
