Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, julienned
100g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and carrot and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cooked shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for another minute until heated through.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until everything is combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
