Ingredients:

100g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
150g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Add the cabbage and cook for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
