Ingredients:

150g pork mince
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups bok choy, chopped into bite
sized pieces
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
200g dried egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork mince and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the bok choy and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes until they are lightly cooked.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for another minute before adding the noodles to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the noodles are cooked through. Serve immediately.
