Ingredients:

200g cooked chicken, diced
200g noodles of your choice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste or grated fresh ginger root
100g mushrooms of your choice, sliced
100g bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the ginger paste or grated ginger root and cook for another minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes until softened. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another minute.
Add the cooked chicken to the wok or skillet and stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
Add the noodles to the wok or skillet along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients and cook for 5 minutes until noodles are heated through. Serve hot!
