Ingredients:

100g dried egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
100g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the egg noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the carrot strips and garlic to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry everything together for 3-4 minutes until everything is combined and heated through.
