Ingredients:

200g of beef strips
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup of broccoli florets
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
250g of egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes until softened. Add the bell pepper and broccoli florets and cook for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender. Return the beef to the pan.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
Add the egg noodles to the pan and stir everything together until noodles are evenly coated with sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes until noodles are cooked through but still slightly firm. Serve hot!
