Ingredients:

200g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
150g mushrooms, sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they are softened.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients together. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
