Ingredients:

200g chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
2 cups bean sprouts
Salt and pepper to taste
