Ingredients:

100g lean beef strips
1 small zucchini, sliced into thin strips
2 mushrooms, sliced into thin strips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
