Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
200g asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 3cm pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for another minute until everything is well combined.
Add the asparagus pieces to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Stir occasionally to ensure everything is evenly cooked.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles of your choice. Enjoy!
