Ingredients:

1 pizza base (30 cm in diameter)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
2 cups of spinach leaves (chopped)
½ cup of feta cheese (crumbled)
½ cup of mozzarella cheese (grated)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic and oregano. Spread this mixture over the pizza base.
Sprinkle the spinach leaves over the pizza base and top with feta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
