Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces prepared pizza dough

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet or pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for an additional minute. Add artichoke hearts and spinach leaves and cook until spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out pizza dough on prepared baking sheet or pizza pan to desired thickness (about 12 inches). Spread creamy garlic sauce over the top of the dough leaving a 1-inch border around the edges for the crust. Top with cooked vegetables from skillet evenly over the sauce layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and vegetables are cooked through. Slice into 8 pieces before serving warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
