Ingredients:

2 meatballs (homemade or store
bought)
1/4 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced
2 slices of bread of your choice (e.g. sourdough or Italian)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for cooking the sandwich

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter to the skillet.
Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they are cooked through.
Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle until golden brown.
Once the meatballs are cooked through, place them on one slice of toast and top with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos.
Place the other slice of toast on top of the sandwich and press down lightly to flatten it out slightly.
Place the sandwich back in the skillet over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve immediately! Enjoy!
