Ingredients:

250g okra (bhindi)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Wash and dry the okra. Cut off the ends and slice into thin rounds.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the sliced okra to the pan and stir to coat with oil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the okra is cooked through but still crunchy.
