Ingredients:

4 jalapenos, halved and seeded
1/2 cup all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
