Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Place the mixture in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly. Place the bag in a sous vide water bath set to 135°F for two hours.
After two hours, remove the bag from the water bath and open it carefully. Add the Worcestershire sauce and honey to the mixture and mix until combined.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
