Ingredients:

1 cup of diced carrots
1 cup of diced celery
½ cup of diced onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 cups of vegetable broth
½ teaspoon of dried oregano
¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F (85°C).
In a bowl, combine the carrots, celery, onion, garlic and olive oil. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the vegetable mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly. Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
After an hour has passed, remove the bag from the water bath and open it carefully. Pour the contents into a pot over medium heat on your stovetop. Add in the vegetable broth, oregano and black pepper and stir until everything is combined. Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot!
