1 turkey leg (1kg)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 150°F (65°C).
