Ingredients:

1 medium sweet potato (about 300g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F (85°C).
Peel the sweet potato and cut into cubes.
Place the cubed sweet potatoes in a vacuum sealed bag with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove from the water bath and serve warm.
