Ingredients:

150g beef, cubed
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup potatoes, diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
Place the cubed beef in a vacuum-sealed bag with the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it. Transfer the contents of the bag to a pot or pan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with your favorite sides or toppings!
