Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 82°C (180°F).
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme leaves and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let it cool slightly before serving as a spread on toast or crackers.
