Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place the mixture in a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and add the tomato paste to the mixture in the bag. Seal it again and shake until all ingredients are well combined.
